My question....if all of those sequences took place, but the modified trigger released the hammer and sent it forward....firing the round....and then all natural occurring events followed and the the carrier moved rearward ejected the shell, reset the hammer, blah blah blah....? I may have missed something in here, but is there a way to prove that wasn't how he trigger was set, ready to fire again after the fact? Not trying to be a dick here( I read my post and know it sounds that way) just asking. Is there really a way to know? It seems like with a trigger that could be right on the edge reliable that you could have one bad moment and be fine the next. I've never had a slam fire, is there something distinguishable about the way it happens?

You start busting out the JB weld and Dremel on this one....I'm calling the nice young men in their clean white coats....and they're coming to take you away...ha ha.

I like the current system. Nice and basic until you earn something from one of the comedians.

Depending on the size of your potato...either 2" or 1,5" barrel. Get a short chunk of 4"...10-12"long. A reducer from 4" to your chosen barrel, and a threaded cap for the back....like the kind you use on a sewer clean out. Glue stuff together, let dry. Get electric bbq ignighter and install through the side of the 4"tube. Save a short piece of the barrel and grind down one side to a point....you can use this like a cookie cutter to get perfectly sized projectiles. Load potato round into tube from the back(threaded hole) One quick blast of aquanet, starting fluid, deodorant....whatever you got. Real short. Like 1/4 second blast. Screw on back lid, aim click...boom....laugh yer ass off.

Sorry for your troubles. I haven't seen that name pop up in a while. For the record....that is the correct way to use your first post as a complaint against a company. First-there was actually an issue worth warning about. Second, there was no additional whining...just facts and a timeline. Thank you. There was a recent incident here that was a great example of how not to do this. I wonder how that other guy would have handled this? He went nuts over waiting 3 days for the right part...this would have sent him over the edge for sure.

I have just two questions if you're still here. 1) What was the intention of your first post on this site? Just to inflict damage to someone's name, or were you doing it to save someone else the hassle of not having their hand held the entire way through a fairly successful transaction? 2) What point in the story was it relevant to tell us you were a Marine? Was that to sway us to your side because you have served? Or was it to make sure we understood that you are a respectful and honest man?
