  1. I have gotten by with just a FL sizer die in my rifles. I would assume dies are like chambers with slight variances depending on how new the reamer was when they were made?
  2. I was surprised to read that about the gas rings. I'm not sure I actually read the requirement to stagger the rings anywhere but do remember Platoon Sargents breaking down the weapon and checking for that. If they were not staggered then you were in for some "remedial training".
  3. Finally got all the parts on this pistol.......
  4. Just ran 40 rounds with no issues, wishing I'd have bought more now!
  5. Damn this sschit is FUN!
  6. Welcome from Iowa, via Pensacola!
  7. I have one. I'm changing over to AAC FH's on everything so one of my 5.56's should work for you. PM your address, I get home this weekend.
  8. Blast away with that Pakistani ammo. I've shot 800 rounds plus of it with no problem out of three different rifles, all dated to early 90's. I found it a bit on the hot side and mine is berdan primed, just as well since the brass is odd. On mine the rim seems to be thinned out some but it has never caused an issue. It does smell funky and runs real dirty. I sold the links on ebay for an average of $.04 each so don't throw them out.
  9. Welcome from Iowa, via Pensacola! Do you mean H1 or H2 buffer?

  11. Are you taking orders yet?
  12. This^ If we would fight war like this then there would be less war!
  13. nice looking set, what is the color, FDE?
  14. Your gonna have to shoot a bunch to wear one out. I've been using one 15 rounder for a range mag since I got the rifle, literally thousands of rounds and it has never had an issue. I've used the rest of my mags once or twice just to make sure they function. The things are built like a tank! That said I guess there is no such thing as too many magazines.
  15. That is as good a price as you'll see. If I didn't already have a large pile I'd grab some.
  16. Just ordered the Superlative Arms adjustable gas block; http://faxonfirearms.com/superlative-arms-750-adjustable-gas-block-bleed-off-solid-melonite-finish/ Curious to see how this block stacks up against my favorite, the SLR.
  17. First six months was anticipated so no big deal but since then it has been bugging the crap out me. I think the LGS was as happy as me, he has a long list of people after me that he can now give some hope to.
  18. 10 months and the waiting is finally over! Got the first of three stamps back today and had the wife go pick up the can! I fly home saturday morning so by late afternoon I'll be giving the SDN-6 a tryout!
  19. I'll take a couple chances, PM the paypal info and I'll reply there with address and phone number.

  21. I have several and follow that same routine. I've made them too tight a couple times before I learned it isn't worth the PITA to get them open again, no return to zero issues as long as there is no wiggle
  22. nice thing about the Pelican packs is they turn color when they have absorbed what they can and the metal case lets you dry them in the oven, 1 hour at 350 and they are good as new again.
  23. You need a few of the Pelican 1500D packs then; http://www.pelican.com/us/en/pro/product/miscellaneous-products/miscellaneous-products/peli-desiccant-silica-gel/1500D/

  25. Groups like Greenpeace and Woods Hole do not sound near as doomsday as the video and they would be the ones I would expect to be screaming if there were hard facts to point at. https://news.vice.com/article/five-years-after-the-fukushima-disaster-the-fish-are-proliferating
