Yeah, in my region, it seems to be totally random. I've gone anywhere from 5 months, to 8. I'm working on 7 right now for my SDN-6.

A buddy of mine has a suppressed UZI. With sub-sonic rounds, all you can hear is the action of the sub-gun.....and the impacts of the rounds hitting the berm. They're fun.......what can I say? Now rifles. I haven't had a chance to even shoot my 300BLK yet. Ammo is not to be found.......for a reasonable price that is. But, as Matt said....the 308 sounds like a 22.

I'm with Wash about the TRX handguards. Granted I'm using mine on a AR-10, but they still clamp on the same. I've never had a problem with mine.

Finally tracked down some AR-10 stripped lowers. I've got 3 of them inbound for some builds that I've had parts for. And with my soon to be communist state, I was running outta time. Down to only 6 weeks until we start proudly start waving the red banner in this F-ing state. I guess that I need to find some good Russian march music. Something like the theme from Hunt for Red October (w/Sean Connery). Apparently that's what the jokers in Annapolis want us to be like anyway. <laughs> And you all know how I feel about it.................................... IN THE NECK!

Sounds like you're more aiming for an all around repair parts kit. Not designed as much for the individual repair, but for someone who would be repairing many rifles (thus the 5 complete LPK thought). I like it. I would definitely get something like that.....even though technically I've already made up something like that for myself. Really, there's only so many parts involved, that a decent divided parts bin from Grainger (the 3 drawer steel slide-out type) serves as good storage. Then you just have to fill it with all of the parts. Something like this. You can hold all of the parts that you can think of.
