First make sure it fits your hand ! Take a lesson/course, try several guns. Go to an indoor range that rents guns and shoot a few different ones. Ask questions and listen to the instructor. Start with smaller calibers then work up. 22lr...380...9mm. .38spl You may like a revolver instead of a semi auto pistol.

I have that LR308 rifle. Didn't do a thing to it. Great gun. On another gun I took off the round handguard and installed a magpul 2 piece handguard but had to install 2 pins to close the magpul handguard and trim it around the gas block.

I run them through my partner in crime... he does all the paperwork. Totally legit.

Molybdenum or White lithium grease .! Had to remove red and blue loctite with heatgun...PITA ! Don't be that guy.

It's like a rafos round. Exploding tank and aircraft ammo used as tracer spotting round.

I also have a cheap brand laser which connects to the mini rail under the front of the gun , it's bulky so it doesn't holster... but it works ! What about a flashlight ?

Try an Armalite Buffer Spring it has 34 coils and is stiffer than the DPMS buffer spring which has 30 or 31 coils. I have a problem with installation of part of a system. (I.E. JP light weight bcg ,spring and buffer.) It works great if you use all of their parts together. If they are used as individual parts problems happen. Also with a fired round, put a brass in the chamber , remove bcg. Plug the end on the barrel and get a can of air , insert the little red tube into the gas tube inside the upper recever ; Then blow the brass out with a quick burst of air. If it sticks ... check gas block alignment or rough chamber ! Hope this helps.

So sorry for your loss Mike! I Know that area well ! Lived 3/4 of a mile from there . A close friend lived on the corner house at 59th and Monte Vista. But that was in the late 80s. Thats one more reason I avoid west phoenix!

I have a laser max guide rod red laser in my xd40. It works great at night. During daylight it works ok. every Tom , Dick and Rob that's shot it ...likes it._

Had a couple of customers bring in their big guns in to compare... A 50 Beowolf and a 458 Socom. The Socom is more impressive ! Both are like fingers. Reloading price per round is over $2.50 each. The Socom had a suppresser on a 12.5 " barrel just a cooler setup.
