  1. I used to own a Taurus Model 65 (copy of S&W M19), and that revolver was the best shooting 357 I could ask for, as long as I kept the base (?) pin lubed well.
  2. Not missing anything she does for a while now.....won't watch her over there either.
  3. Anything that Tom Cruise does is BS......I haven't enjoyed any of his movies for more years than I can remember.
  4. Yes coke will eat concrete, but not even close to how well the monster does it.
  5. Yup, if you have a neighbor that needs some education on just how nice his concrete looks, pour some on there......preferably the middle of the driveway. It doesn't stop eating through the concrete until the monster ingredients are used up. Even washing, dilution, cleaning didn't stop it whenever it hit the concrete at the warehouse.
  6. I used to work for one of the Monster distributors here, and that crap would also eat through the cans before the expiration dates....and you should have seen what it does to concrete .
  7. Simply have a Merry Christmas gentlemen!
  8. Apparently the original article was too embarrassing even for Libtards. .....the article has been removed.
  9. Wash, we need more!
  10. My pile only consists of my reloads.....if I can't rely on myself then nothing much else matters for this.
  11. Ran 50 9mm's through my LEE factory crimp die to take out any anomalies for a load that I had made for my sister. She was reporting failures in her Ruger P95 of types that shouldn't have happened. And after heading to the indoor range, we couldn't get the P95 to fail at all....but we did shoot a bunch of her ammo up, and then I replenished her supply with new reloads, as her supply was still from '96. Re-teaching her, helping her, and generally getting some range time in with her was good....she needed it to help her along her shooting journey and we needed the time together....
  12. Deprimed/resized about 1500 9mm brass.
  13. This happens when there are years between the beginning and ending of the process. For me, getting through a 5 gallon bucket of brass took more time than I thought, plus I kept adding to the fired pile.....
  14. Actually, no. I had went to a different setup for case prep: deprime, clean, then resize to try to keep one of my presses cleaner. somewhere along the line I didn't mark the containers correctly and dumped everything together without realizing it. That boo-boo cost me a couple of months of head scratching, along with some extra monies for trying to figure it out, then getting the tool for correcting my mistake.
  15. If he is that worried about the amount of runout in the decapping pin setup, then an o-ring on the locking ring should absolutely drive him insane.....not to mention a couple of the other fixes listed..... He better NEVER get a turret type press............................
  16. I picked up a keg of Hodgdon Universal for my pistol reload needs. My 9mm's should be happy and worn well by the time I go through that.
  17. I'm trying to figure out which pin post I like more.....
  18. I read that report also, and the first thing that came to my mind was that the reporting actually said something about the guy having a CCW. And I know this is the second or third news story that I have seen bringing out the GOOD use of a CCW in the past few weeks.
  19. You can go to whatever barrel length you want (ie. 20") but that extra length adds unnecessary weight with the 308AR platform. Too bad the FRS-15 doesn't allow the rifle length buffer tube. And for what it's worth, you still will have the rifle registered anyways.......they know.
  20. Am I way out there by asking about any of the current offerings from CZ? I happen to have fallen off the 1911 truck and landed squarely in the CZ75 trailer.....headed straight to Very GOOD ergonomics, and (even though mine are clones with excellent track records for me) very good track records for operating in sh!t conditions.
  21. Oh, and BTW, then you have a reason to get the longer hand guard tubes.........
  22. Why not run a rifle length gas system to mitigate some recoil/gas impulse from the 308 platform? Not making negative comments, just asking. My 16" 308AR works great with a rifle length gas system.
  23. I live in North Dakota, but would NOT got back to Colorado if paid to do so after the trip we made this summer to Steam Boat Springs. ....way too many hippie wannabe rejects, and way too much dope for us.....
  24. Resized a bunch of loaded .308s. I found I had a problem, and am in the process of remediation for it.
  25. Better late than never!
