  17. Got my .22 Winchester 62A pump when I was 6. Got a Model 42 Winchester .410 when I was 10. Cylinder bore, wouldn't hit anything any further than 10 or 15 yards. Got a Browning Sweet 16 when I was 12. Full choke, no more problems getting game at a distance.

  19. Gun shop owner had two .460 Weatherby Magnums come through. First one, buyer brought it back after one round fired. Too much recoil for him. Second one came in, buyer said he wouldn't be bringing it back His joy was to have a friend (?) fire off a round. So far, he'd only had three rounds fired out of his box of 20. But he loved the look on the faces of his friends who touched one off.

  21. Sweet! Back in '69 I was stationed on the flight line at Cubi Point Naval Air Station in the Philippines. I got to see an F-4 Phantom do a high performance climb once. It lifted off about 2/3 down the runway, tucked in the landing gear, and turned straight up. Damn thing never wiggled, just went straight up like a rocket. It went out of sight and the noise just kept going straight up. Unbelievable!
  22. Bravo!
