  5. Ok it is taking the place of the charging handle in the rear of the receiver. It needs to be removed to pull the bolt carrier out of the upper. Yes a little bit of gas comes out the back that's why there is a "Gas Buster" charging handle. I would find a plug the proper diameter and threads that takes a torx bit so I could screw it in flush. Locktite it in but removable with a torx bit. Or grind off what you need to get it to close. But a plug flush with the rear would be cleaner looking.

  11. Lube it up good and shoot it. My 2 pistols I built were like that for about 50 rounds. All good now.

  14. That's only loaded to 850fps it should be safe for any single action. Out there. This not so much. Corbin DPX 225 gr @ 1200 fps. Can't get photo to load keep's timing out.

  21. Didn't OP say he wanted to use a suppressor? So he needs to use whatever muzzle device he needs for the suppressor he is going to use .
