  1. ^^^ That link is the "recruit." All that asshead did was sign up for the delayed entry program with a recruiter, and never even shipped to basic training. He's done, in custody. He WAS/IS a jihadist. This guy wasn't a recruit. His combat time was 4 months in Iraq - which isn't a long time, and it's not a full tour over there. Never been shot. Treated for mental health issues (depression, anxiety), but hadn't been diagnosed with PTSD at this point. He was going for a PTSD diagnosis, but it wasn't declared yet.
  2. Magazines do need broken in, by the way. You don't grab a 20-rounder, load up 20 the first time out, and expect flawless operation. Also - double feed: two rounds coming out of the magazine at once; two rounds trying to enter the chamber at the same time. Caused by bad feed lips or too much pressure from the mag spring (like a stiff, new mag spring).
  3. Double-feeding issues are 100% always - always - a magazine problem.
  4. Soldier-on-Soldier incident, looks like. Waiting on a live news conference right now. This is fucked.
  5. Damn, that's beautiful work. Lance is great at that stuff.
  6. I think we need to find the link to that ad, and all get in there - with proof - and let her know what it's really worth. Just let her know that her soon-to-be ex was lying to her. Again. <lmao>
  7. ^^^ That's my favorite reloading tool, right there. <thumbsup>
  8. Damn, that thing looks good, brother! <thumbsup>
  9. EPA also got the LAST lead smelter in the USA shut down. EPA has too much power. Those bitches need to be heeled, and shown their place in the heirachy. They're not the elitists or policy-leaders that they think they are. Their agency should be the first one shut down in times of tight budgets. The motherfuckers just ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT. It's real easy to see where this "order" came from, with no tin-foil-hat required. Executive Branch is using them to do whatever the hell it wants to do, one way or another. Over-reaching assbags. Eff them in the neck.
  10. Split it - the original thread really has it's merits, but this stuff is just too good to go to waste... <lmao>
  11. I'M TEN FEET TALL, TWO COATS OF HAIR, THREE ROWS OF TEETH, AND I'M BULLETPROOF!!! :hethan:
  12. Eff that. I'll blow that bitch up. <thumbsup>
  13. I think Matt needs a warning for threatening to abuse his powers. That's just over-reaching, right there... <lmao> TWO on Rob?!!?? That's FUKKIN' PERFECT!!! <laughs> :fawkdance:
  14. Eff it, I hope the guy gets it. A couple things could happen here - he drives it into the ground, devalues it, and someone that REALLY wants it ends up "rescuing him" and gets it for even less. Next, it gets Freedom Group OUT from under Cerberus... What's not to like?... <thumbsup> One disturbing quote from that article: "Sullivan says he has a long history of starting and acquiring companies—and that he has big ideas for consolidating the fragmented U.S. gun business." The very reason the US firearms market is successful is because it's "fragmented." Lot's and lot's of new ideas from independent people and small companies, which promotes growth. Even the smallest company that's thinking outside the box can come up with "the next biggest thing." Once you have a conglomeration that owns MOST firearms companies, you only have the same idiots in the same small room, dreaming $hit up - and everything looks the same. That one quote from this dipshit just shows that he desn't know the first damn thing about this market. All the better, though - we'll end up (sooner) at the first two things I mention at the beginning of this post. <dontknow> <thumbsup>
  15. She believed him when he said, "THIS IS SIX INCHES!!!," too - didn't she?... <lmao>
  16. ^^^ You need a warning for that - I hope someone gets your a$s... <lmao>
  17. The .223 Rem out of the 9mm pistol shocked me. I had no idea...
  18. NEVER buy the $hit in the front! Grab the one behind it, because some dumbass looked at the one in front and DROPPED IT ON THE DAMN FLOOR! I CAN SEE THE MARK IN THE PLASTIC PACKAGING!!! <lmao> I really do that $hit...
  19. DUDE!!! I do that with EVERYTHING!!! <dontknow>
  20. Even with the unknown ammo, they might work with you. I'm curious to see how this goes once you contact them.
  21. DAMN! Glad you weren't hurt, brother!!!
  22. Brother, gimme his contact info or a link to the ad - I'll lowball his a$s for $375 take it or leave it, and he'll GLADLY jump on your offer... <lmao>
  23. Hey, I will say this for you guys converting 5.56 brass to 300BLK - there are steps you need to hit, every time. 1) Cut (in whatever manner) the 5.56 brass at or right below the shoulder. 2) Do not final-size it yet. 3) Chamfer it in and out, so it doesn't tear up your 300BLK sizing die. You don't want rough-cut edges going through your die. 4) Once it's resized to 300BLK, THEN you trim to the proper trim length. Max length is 1.368". Trim-to length is 1.363". If you cut your 5.56 brass at the shoulder, then trim it down to 1.363", it's gonna be to short once you resize/reform it. That process drops a few thou off the overall brass length... Now, those damn PNW 220 subs shot fine, EVERYTIME, through Dawn Marie's 14.5" carbine-gassed BLK barrel today... The damn things won't cycle reliably through my 16" carbine-gassed BLK, but they do in hers... :rant2:
  24. Converted more 300BLK this morning. Just did 30 of them, from start to finish. Once-fired LC 5.56 brass from brass to loaded 300BLK. Went with trim-to length of 1.363", 15.9gr H110, primed with CCI 400s, Hornady 150gr FMJ boat tails. COAL 2.105". Going out to shoot them in a few. Will also get rid of the rest of the 220gr PNW subs. Dawm Marie is going to shoot hers. Later today is reloading all of it again.

    Atomic ammo

It's supposed to be some damn good match ammo - I've been seeing alot of it at Wal-Mart and Cabela's for a few months. Just haven't picked any of it up yet.
