  1. It fits if the projectile gets set back into the case. I was wondering about that with a supersonic load - even at 16.5 grains, that fills that little case up pretty good, and I don't know if you could set the bullet back enough to get the thing to go off. Didn't even consider the amount of "unused case" in a subsonic load. Shibi, how much powder is going into the subs?
  2. Took two days to upload this one... It's worth it, though...
  3. ^^^ Yep. <thumbsup>
  4. The MRF is a good rail on the 308. <thumbsup>
  5. ^^^ I've been waiting on that one!... <thumbsup>
  6. Deprimed and resized a bunch of twice-shot 300BLK earlier this morning. Meant to get back to it and load it up, but life got in the way. Spent the rest of the afternoon sandblasting Dawn Marie's new upper and lower, getting that thing ready for paint...
  7. That's it. I'm changing the locks.
  8. Interview was supposed to be tonight, but something happened with it - I was online and ready, but there was nobody there to interview me. Contacted them, and I've got a new one set up for tomorrow night. We'll see how this goes... <dontknow>
  9. By the way, Rob is a dick... <lmao>
  10. No. We didn't. She is NOT taking that trigger out of my rifle. She can buy her own. (which might mean that I buy the damn trigger for her, but still...)
  11. We already have a big, long thread on this whole story - I wake up this morning, and there's 3 new threads on it. Keep it contained in one place, guys... <dontknow>
  12. OP, look at Primary Arms for lower cost red dots - their own brand, from their store. I probably have more than 1/2 dozen of them, and haven't broken one yet. No failures of any kind, at all. One of them is mounted on my Ruger GSR, and I can guarantee that rifle kicks a hell of alot more than any 308 AR.
  13. .308 caliber neck on the casing, complete setback on the projo? Maybe - the casing itself would probably close a bolt on a 5.56 rifle. I'll try that out, with an empty BLK case.
  14. Yeah, took that stuff. I skipped around - probably should have done the "familiarization" part first, so I knew what the hell I was doing in the quizzes, and that program. <lmao>
  15. ^^^ Brother, you got a throw-away phone or something?... <dontknow> I might blow it on the "schedule" part of the interview. I need to look at the crazy times they want to interview - and that's all online, chat. I have to work all day tomorrow. I think I'll pick 2am tonight...
  16. Another vid completed - this is one HUGE bowl...
  17. Wash, if I showed up in that place as your guest, I'd probably get your membership terminated - I'd have a HARD TIME trying to restrain myself from bitch-slapping yuppies... <dontknow>
  18. Nope. Even if you lodged the .30 cal projo into the 5.56 chamber, I don't think the bolt would compress into the BCG. The BCG has to be almost closed for the cam pin to rotate over (in the internal cutout inside the left side of the upper), and have the bolt rotate in the locking lugs. In light of that - the firing pin can't contact the primer, if the bolt is not fully compressed in that BCG.
  19. There's no way I could go to a place like that - not even interested in seeing all those self-indulgent $hitheads that think they're special.
  20. Passed all the initial stuff - have an interview to set up either tonight or tomorrow sometime... <thumbsup>
  21. That's just the VARGET, brother - look at all the other powders they have to manufacture...
  22. Oh, make no mistake - I still have about 1.5 hours of vid from this trip to upload... <thumbsup>
  23. You were catching STRIPPERS? Tell e what bait you were using... <lmao>
  24. That ain't H110, brother...
