Here's what an ejector should look like - no square shoulders on it. Squared up ejectors have big issues feeding rounds from the right side of the magazine... Little known info, for proper ARs, but it's true as hell for the people that make ARs that need to function all the time, every time. Right side of the pic is a shiit-ejector. Left side of the pic is what a proper ejector looks like. This is what separates a budget-gun from a reliable-gun... Attention to detail...

I have a BCA 16" M4-profile barrel in 6.5 Grendel, and it shoots the lights out... I'm not against BCA, by any means. I didn't expect that from it, and was happy. You don't buy one, though, and expect match-accurate from it though - and bitch when it isn't...

It all comes down to the Machinist's Rules, brother, and so many people can't comprehend that. Budget barrels are budget barrels, and are not McGowen barrels, LaRue barrels, PacNor barrels, Shilen barrels, etc. This breaks it down well.

1 gallon Zip-Lock bag. Assemble inside the bag, man. Pull that fat bag over what you're working on, and when it flies - it goes straight down, out of that bag...

Good to hear, brother. I'm wondering how much of this "Hornady ELD-M" bashing we have to go through with Phantom here, on his two BCA barrels, his 22" and 24". This guy is insisting that 6.5mm ELD-Ms WILL DENT when you chamber them... They don't on my shiit. Maybe they do on his BCA barrels. That's one hard-headed motherfucker, right there, and thinks his way is the only way. His budget guns aren't performing. Hmmm.. Ya think?... Guy needs to "learn how to learn... " Off my

If that Milwaukee doesn't work out for you - I'll buy it from you. I'll eventually have one anyway. Lemme know what you had to pay for it, and I'll give you that, so you're not out anything.

That make it look like you're concealing YOUR DICK, and it looks like YOUR DICK is growing sideways. I'd run from you, too, if you walked up to me like that, shiit hangin' half a foot off your body...

Read this thread, right here, to the end. When did I pierce primers? Went too hot on a load, developing hand loads, is when. Pretty hard to ignore this information, @Phantom30. If I had a hardware problem, it would pierce primers all the time... Hmmm... If you STILL think there's some MASSIVE DIFFERENCE in 6.5 Creedmoor and .260 Remington - let's talk about that. I'll bring you the information on the two, if you've ignored what I've posted previously.

He claims he's got 700-800 rounds of the same ammo through his gun, no issues until the last 4 out of 8 (can't remember his later posts now, when he came out with info?). That's a bad box of ammo, and not a gun problem. At least, on the "pierced primers" side of the house. His complaints went so sideways in this thread, like he always does, and now he's saying that all Hornady ELD-Ms must deform when you chamber them. I haven't seen that accuracy problem that he claims at 1000 yards (from theory), and my common distance of really shooting at 850 yards (practical experience, not "theory"). Not in the least. And, my .260 gas gun isn't beating up my 6.5mm Hornady ELD-M projectiles upon chambering, and denting any of the tips... My accuracy at 850 yards with 6.5mm ELD-Ms is pretty fucking shocking, to be honest... This gun blows my mind... You can Mel Gibson-Lethal Weapon a smilie face on the head portion of an IPSC steel target at 300 yards, and it's actually funny to be able to do that. @JBMatt built his own 6.5 Creedmoor gas gun just bacause of that, after shooting this .260... He was playing around, and shocked himself...

Here's some appendix carry, from Jim Zubiena - look him up if you don't know who he is. This was from a "Miami Vice" in the mid '80s... Appendix carry is effective. Just do it right, with the right gun. Your dick isn't gonna get blown off. If you're worried about your dick or twins, that means you have no faith in the inherent safety of the gun you carry, or you don't trust your own gun-handling skills.
-
There's nothing at all wrong with appendix carry, if you have a good gun, and your weapons-handling doesn't suck. You're not gonna shoot your dick off, if those two rules are applied. Won't happen. Appendix carry is quite safe, and anyone that says different - post the data that it's not safe, with gun details, et al,...

What was the 220gr Aluminum? That fucker was 6k fps, if I remember right. That's the one I've got. You went to 185gr?!!? That's fuckin' NUTS!!!

List the specs on your current recoil system, and we can get to the bottom of this pretty quick.

We posted about this years ago, it was a thread that @mrraley started, about a portable gunsmith box. I offered to give away my whole box to the guy that could identify every single part in it... Not a chance that was happening... Plano 732 fishing tackle box. Current shot of it. That's just the gunsmith box. The Range Box is way bigger, and alot different.

^^^ That's a wild ride through Rap, right there - well done. Sugar Hill and Grandmaster Flash had now idea how this was gonna blow up, but they're the best pioneers of Rap. Busta - his best vid ever, was right here. SURROUNDED by the hottest chicks on the planet. Mmmmmmmmm....

Yep, those barrels were at SHOT in Jan - so new that they only had the first two there. One was a 3-port brake, one was an A2 birdcage, machined right in, and under 0.750 diameter - gas block goes right over them. I think I posted pics of them. Sick pencil-profile barrels. I almost snagged the other one, on Friday. They were so new, they wouldn't let them go. I hit those guys up right after securing the 500 Blackout from Cerakote. I hung around, and hung around, bugged the shiit out of them - they almost let it go...

Valid point - I heard this here on the board: Lock your dog in the trunk for an hour, and then lock your wife in the trunk for an hour. Which was has happy as hell to see you when you opened the trunk?...

Look at that square-faced ejector... This thing mis-feed alot? The square shoulder on that ejector needs to be rounded - or it's gonna be hell with every round that feeds from the right side of the magazine.
-
Yep, that is nowhere close to "normal wear" in the least stretch of the words. I'd be taking advantage of their "lifetime warranty" and getting a new bolt. Well, actually, I wouldn't. I'd shiit-can that thing and buy a ToolCraft bolt. Whole BCG, for that matter. I'd get that outta my gun.

Yep. Beretta M9 slides started coming apart...
-
I'd date this one. Right up my alley.

There's nothing left of it. It vaporizes. Everything.
-
It's 6k fps. It'll go through your whole house, vaporizing shiit on it's way. It's not a home defense round. A direct hit, at "not long range" is exactly why it's here. And it is devastating.

It wasn't designed for lunch...

Or someone's aorta.
