Original SureFire 6P light. You'll need the dedicated tailcap to make it work on that light. That switch was used on other things, too, like the PEQ2 laser.

Aimpoint Comp M2 risers, to co-witness on a flat-top AR with the Aimpoint QRP mount. The original mount was made to co-witness with the dovetai carry-handle cantilever mount. They had to raise the optic for flat tops, and use that same QRP mount. One of those is absolute co-witness, the other is lower-third co-witness. Should have come with longer screws, too.

I quit wearing a rigger's belt years ago, since I have no more need to strap in/tether in to a helicopter or plane anymore. For a 1 3/4" belt, every day, I have a 5.11 web belt. Holds a gun holster, gun, double mag pouch just fine. When I get dressed up, I have a 1.5" leather belt from Duluth Trading Company, with their signature "Angry Beaver" on the belt buckle...

That's exactly it - using your analogy, do you think that if you ordered a part for your knockoff copy machine, and ordered the actual XEROX part... would it even FIT?... Or did you just "generalize", not knowing, and get a real XEROX part that doesn't fit your off-brand copier... Who's pissed when that part shows up?... Only YOU can be pissed, because you didn't know enough to order the correct part from the get-go... There's a difference, and you didn't know that... but now you do... What do you do when you want ink packs for your copier/printer? If you have a Lenox, do you just go grab some HP ink packs from Wal-Mart?... No, that doesn't work in your copier/printer, and you're pissed, and take them back - because you didn't know what you were buying in the first place. Maybe that makes sense now, or not...

The power of that venom can't be understated. Snakebites are scary as hell. Know your snakes - and kill the snake that bites, if you can. Someone needs to identify the type, and determine if it's neurotoxin or hemotoxin, as well as the proper anti to hit you with. Having the dead snake is the best ID you're ever gonna find, and beats an eye-witness account everytime. That poor pup got hit with hemo.
