Ares Armor is messing with ATF

Got their $hit back...NO !

 

Well, as I understand it, they did get their stuff back - they can't do anything with them unless they can get a Judge to rule them not to be defined as a "firearm" or they are serial numbered and marked per ATF requirements - I think they got the servers back some time ago but, I'm sure they (the ATF) copied the customer database and other business related files. What a mess!!!

They got their 80% lowers back.  Well, they got most of them back.  The ATF "lost" 18 of them.

 

So, in the ATFs eyes, since these are "firearms," that means the ATF lost 18 firearms... 

 

Yeah, that $hit just happened...  :eek:

 

ATF says it's no big deal...
