good to see they really grasp the issue lol. I knew a REALLY good NCO who got a general discharge because he hurt his back but didn't want to get pulled from duty, so he took a few pain killers from his wife and had the lousy luck of a surprise pee test.

another shat-bag did everything he could to get out. got caught by our CSM smoking a joint on extra duty. they kept him in on permanent extra duty with no laces and suicide watch every night. finished his enlistment like that. rumor mill said he got himself a medical for mental issues and a paycheck for life.

the military is a politicized mess. wouldn't shock me either way.

Once charged with desertion, there needs to be an outcome - the ruling.  He DAMN SURE won't get an Honorable Discharge.  General Discharge is his best bet, IF they clear him of the desertion charge.

 

He's fucked.  For life.  Which, he deserves, greatly. 

 

Now, how can we charge his hippy-ass dad in all of this?  That guy is worse than the son here...  Grew out his Jihadi beard and all that schit...  That's the true definition of a traitor, right there...

We had a dude on the ship who was caught with a .357 in his locker.  When asked why, he stated so he could shoot our Chief.

 

He got his discharge upgraded from General OTH to General UHC before leaving the ship.
