Alright guys, so one company that you may not be familiar with, but you have probably seen products from is Standard Manufacturing. They made the Dp12, the side by side pump shotgun.

I got to shoot it, and I must say, it makes sense! It is a very cool, compact little package! Hopefully they will send me one to run through the tactical response fighting shotgun class...

Anyways, the company makes some other, really, REALLY cool stuff! All made in the US of A! Check it out!

Guys... an At chambered in... 410...

YES!

It might not be top of the line, but would you really want to pay for a top of the line AR chambered in 410? I wouldn't...

I just want to get an affordable AR to decimate squirrels... Ahahahahahaahah

Hey guys, does anyone here have experience with Double Star outside of their fixed stocks?

At their booth, I really like some of what they had, they are local to me, and I know their knife guy!

And their 308... it looks heavy, but I ssooooo want one! You can see that 308 lower in the thumbnail picture, you could seriously kill somebody with it!

What do yall think? Whats the 308ar consensus?

I bought a few parts from them 5-6 years ago until I got some badly machined gas blocks. I done with them after that ! Customer service was not good.

That is a shame! I am sorry to hear it. I wonder if anything has changed over there. I hope so, being that I have so little knowledge of reputable brands in our industry!

TOM!

Tom needs a Marlin custom shop SBL with a silencer... Cerebus is working on some suppressor friendly loads at Barnes right now, and I can't wait to see some wild men launching silent 500 grain cannon balls around!

Thanks a lot Beach. Now I have to mail my SBL to the custom shop....wait, I still can't have a suppressor even if it becomes legal in the free America. Maybe they could tie some paracord on the loop for me. Know anyone who does that?

If my job was portable maybe, but the family business is here in SD. I'm getting a little further away from the BS. I'll be able to shoot in my own yard at least.

Can we get odds on that and, if you are able to, for how long?

Being in the back country, on a 20acre lot surrounded by State Park on one side, a 20 acre and a 39 acre lot on the other sides(which can never be split into smaller lots due to dumbass zoning law that requires future subdivisions of lots to make a minimum 40.00 acre lot-that's right .00, 39.99 is too small requiring you to start with a minimum 80.00acres to split) hopefully at least a few more summers. I'd love to own silencers and SBR's, but until those put money in the bank and clothes on the kids...I'm going to hang it out here with the business my grandfather started in the 50's. Now, California is doing everything it can to squash businesses here...so when they succeed or when the secede...we'll pack the wagons.

Now back to our regularly scheduled shot show updates.
