I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for those who have given me the ability to do and have what I cherish most.

Many of those who gave me that ability are not among us, but I can still try to thank those that are.

THANK YOU! For being who you are, and what you have done.

A humble thanks to all Veterans for what you have done, and to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, there is no way we can repay you the debt for the honor you have brought to our country. God bless you all.

Thank you veterans,  for the freedoms you fought for and the sacrifices you made to make a difference in this country and the world abroad.  Enjoy your day anyway possible!

I'm impressed by the accomplishments of generations past, and I'm even more impressed, and grateful, to those that are still keeping up the fight.  This is not an easy world to serve in, in these times.  It's a pretty convoluted battlefield, and a tough fight.  :hail:

There is much truth in this statement that most people outside of the military do not understand.  To not honor current and former soldiers is a travesty on any day.

So, thank you to all who have served or are currently serving.

I was down in Tombstone for the weekend on Veteran's Day so I'm a little late to the party. A BIG thank you to our vets, ALL of them! Tombstone had a parade Saturday morning and Steve, the owner of Big Nose Kate's Saloon and a Korean veteran himself gave a speech at the American Legion at the end of the parade. Those folks down there in Tombstone LOVE their vets!

First thing as soon as we got to Honolulu was the visit Pearl Harbor, it still chokes one up.

We went to Hawaii a few years ago for a conference on Maui.  I insisted that we go to Oahu so we could visit Pearl Harbor.  It was moving indeed.
