Sampled this the other day…we tried the relish, and it got voted out here. Might try a different relish next time. I love deviled eggs.

The relish is always the kicker ingredient, I usually make a few with no relish for @blue109 at the shoots.

Altitude matters. What used to take 12 minutes of simmer at my last place takes 20 minutes here in the mountains.
