how does one loose their belt buckle that size?? musta got kicked by the horse! fitted the magnet with a rope today, time to find a good dock to fish from..

@sketch up here find where the old waterfront coastal towns( logging,fishing canneries) the end of the dock  was usually the town dump. Friend and I have dove a number of them and found all sorts of stuff.

I found another old creek that runs beside a very old cemetery. I can't hunt the grave yard but I can the creek. it's down now so I can get in there with my detector and not have to swim.  May not find anything but ya never know. they do find a lot of things in creeks. I'm after old coins and civil war relics.

I bet if I sit at the boat launch at about dusk i could make some money finding keys lost overboard.. divers have one up on me! still havent made time yet..

Got this 1700 pound magnet to run on the bottom of lake while I troll and fish. the rope I had left over from the other magnet throw lines. be neat to pull up a boat motor. This thing is huge and heavy

Also got a cheap pick for wading creeks detecting in them. put a magnet on each end. those things are strong to be small. smallest one is 95 pounds and other is 180

That half dollar is a beautiful find!

Key and lock are nice too. Given that the lock is open; I wouldn't expect a full chest nearby, but I'm not sure what you're looking at. :thumbup:

Keep going... I'm impressed.

Kool, my Dad found an old Cannonball when we lived at Walter Hill, Tn, between Nashville and Murfreesboro, the battle of Stones River was something else... I did enjoy our school trip to the Stones River Battleground Park, it was amazing, but its been a heck of a long time ago!
