shepp Posted October 13, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) I'm not a big fan of eatting them but God damn they are fun to shoot my favorite thing to do with them is jerky. Buddy says if you brine them a few days then cook them they are good, but they do make good jerky. Sisco they're thick down here all year long it's stupid we can only shoot 2 a day, there are so many year round locals its crazy. I could see later in the season when the true Canadians are coming down, but these early birds are all locals hurd'n up for the migration.
