  1. Had some similar issues with my WC 338 barrel, it runs fine now.
  2. Nah, you guys would all be challenging each other to be the quickest, fastest, or tightest! Schit would be out of control in no time I do believe that soul thing but chalk it up to good old American individualism
  3. Here are a bunch to compare to; Amazing how many different variations there are as well as all the different parts vital to function it interacts with, add those numbers if they aren't there
  4. I've got a buckets of brass that look like that. You can soften some edges around the feed ramp and lessen scratches but rounds through the rifle will do the same thing. I can't tell for sure in the picture but I don't see obvious pressure signs, looks more like the crater you get when the firing pin tip is a bit under spec, the hole in the bolt over spec or even both in spec but on opposite sides of tolerance. Ejector swipe doesn't look excessive.
  5. Exactly which AR-10 model? The 10T and maybe others had an extra long pin so the handguard would retain it. Did it have the little C clip on it?
  6. I built a low reciprocating mass AR-15 that has been reliable as all get-out with a caveat. Uses a lightweight carrier, a buffer with no weights, and a 10% reduced power spring. It needs three clicks open on a SLR gas block to run with cheap Federal 223, weaker loads are fine if you turn it up, hotter loads don't seem to do as well.
  7. and I still can't have one in Iowa no matter who wins. Infringe my arse............
  8. Not grey in the true sense but mental illness provides certain rights and causes reactions in people that can be a benefit in certain situations. You need to know what they are looking for to fool them....... https://www.corrections1.com/correctional-healthcare/articles/hes-faking-it-how-to-spot-inmates-invented-illnesses-dx3GtdjSL9acMbxn/ https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/machiavellians-gulling-the-rubes/202102/criminal-malingering-defendants-who-fake-mental-illness
  9. Welcome from Iowa!
  10. Welcome from Iowa! Just look for a basic Toolcraft BCG, they get the job done.
  11. They even ruined axe throwing and the Cornhole Championship this year!
  12. They're Back! Hell yes..........schit this is gonna be expensive.
  13. Stay safe, snow will be there before you know it!
  14. You had to have that Tac-ops stashed awhile, I haven't found one for sale in what must be years now! That's a badd arse rifle brother! What does she weigh in at? Sorry I went and assumed gender .......
  15. A-Z LUBE might lead a person to think it is tuned for that Arizona heat, especially when you see how thick it is, well I can attest to it working in the below zero Iowa winter as well. You only need a little bit of the stuff, a few drops will go forever.
  16. Have you checked with them about any Armalite barrel nuts they have that might work with there M-lok rail? On the SS version the rail would fit either barrel nut.
  17. Nice work!
  18. Yes, colt is responsible for that bit of confusion. They used larger trigger pins at some time, they are the only ones I'm aware of, everyone else is standard pins, that's what they should have called them.
  19. Though still a bargain at $119.99 looks like inflation has caught the MBT. https://www.larue.com/products/larue-tactical-mbt-2s-straight-bow-trigger/
  20. Welcome from Iowa!
  21. Yep, spot on, rough times ahead and seems to be coming fast. It's all about the kids for me, my Grandfather schooled me on Liberty for sure so I have big shoes to fill. One of my favorite grandpa quotes came when he answered my grandmothers concerns that he was taking me to remove stumps, I was 11, he shrugged his shoulders while turning his hands up and said; "Every man needs to know how to blow schit up." Lyle Meadows
  22. Do you think this is a chicken or the egg thing between PCB's and societal change or is it all part of the manipulation recipe? First time I actually looked into that PCB topic seriously was a little disturbing and a lot angering.
  23. I never have got to do anything official, only 100 rounds shot at a clay from a mounted on the ground thrower, 25 rounds a year for high school gym class. Now I flat wore out a Mossberg 500 shooting hand thrown clays with my buddies, sporting clays sounds a lot like what we were doing, working on those shots we needed for hunting.
  24. Welcome from Iowa!
