  1. So they colored on the bullets insted of eating the crayons?
  2. Pm sent
  3. Palmetto's uppers generally only fit their lowers. Can you modify one or the other to make it work? Probably. Check out Bear Creek arsenal. They have uppers that have fit DPMS pattern lowers for me.
  4. No it's metal. Sight parts start at 65 EEA imports these. Here is the contact info and part #'s
  5. The rear sight is 2 piece. Rail is plastic.
  6. The Bear Creek uppers fit my Bushmaster/DPMS pattern lower just fine. 6.5 Creedmoor and 308 is just a different barrel. For the price I'd get the Bear Creek complete upper and then switch everything to the other folks upper if it didn't fit. Barrel, BCG, rail, and gas system will move over easy. Unless I'm just building a bench gun the 22" is a lot of extra length and weight to mess with. My 16" Creedmoor does 850 yds no problem. Just my thoughts.
  7. 104 and still getting it done.
  8. Looks good.
  9. I'll see how the Turkish semiautomatic 20ga holds up when it gets here next week.
  10. My Creedmoor likes the Hornady American Gunner 140 gr factory load. It also shoots the Winchester 125gr stuff pretty well. The 125 doesn't do long distances too well though.
  11. You gave it enough gas to have the buffer bottoming out in the buffer tube. That's where the increased recoil came from.
  12. I have an original Gold Combat. There is a pic of it here somewhere.
  13. Several of us running Athlon Argos. I also have some Nikon scopes but they quit making scopes. Leupold also makes some great glass.
  14. Tracking says that a case of 12ga buckshot, 100rnds of Hornady match 6.5 Creedmoor, 400 rnds of 300 Black Out should all be delivered tomorrow. Rural King had Hornady Black 6.5 Grendel ELD on the shelf for $21.99. They only let me get 5 box's. I'll get the other 5 on the way to work tomorrow.
  15. I just got a red dot on mine but it does pretty good.
  16. If your getting a new scope you can send me the old one you don't like. I'll get it out of your way.
  17. And crossbows for us old folks with bad shoulders.
  18. From a static position one of the 308ar's and the Magpul drum is a definite possibility. Just too much to lug around.
  19. My Grendel's shoot the Wolf steel case well. That is still available. I have a bit put back.
  20. 308 or one of my Grendel's.
  21. I like mine. Fits in a pocket just fine. I also put on the bantam grips. Also fits winter coat pockets real well for when it's cold enough that your main handgun is under a closed coat.
