  1. Didn't even have to shoot this one the dog got it.
  2. The KAK dual ejector bolt should have the rounded ejectors. Swipe one out of it and try it. Just a thought before you order one.
  3. I had a problem like yours. Changed the ejector to this one. Note the rounded face not squared off. https://www.kakindustry.com/kak-bcg-ejector-308
  4. Having 2 PSA's I would say probably not. Their upper only seems to fit their lowers. On my pistol the only thing PSA is the upper and lower receivers. On my rifle about the only thing still PSA is the receivers and lower parts and BCG minus the trigger.
  5. Lube the hell out of the BCG and keep shooting. Your breaking in parts that need LOTS of lube.
  6. Welcome from KY
  7. Always expect trouble. Then when it doesn't happen you can be pleasantly surprised.
  8. Bear Creek makes some good stuff and some not so good stuff. I have sent back 2 barrels that wouldn't shoot decent groups. They did replace them with better barrels. I bought a Creedmoor upper that had an AR-15 rifle gas tube on place of a 308gas tube. The gas block was also hitting the inside of the rail and accuracy suffered. I replaced the barrel w/a Wilson barrel and gas tube and now that gun shoots well. I took the heavy barrel and put it in another upper w/the proper gas tube and it is doing ok so far. I have also purchased complete uppers that ran and shot just fine. I will keep buying from them because of price but I expect a problem every now and then. They do fix the problems if you give them a chance. BTW the heavy barrel Creedmoor upper was only $339.00 so the rail, BCG, and upper were worth that without counting the barrel. I am considering one of their 50 Beowulf pistol upper to go with my rifle.
  9. Welcome from KY.
  10. If you have the receiver level in the vice hang a string w/a weight in front of the rifle. Get the vertical cross hair even with the string and everything will be level. The string w/the weight is called a plumb bob and has been used for centurys to get stuff straight up and down
  11. Just get better before deer season. Otherwise LWM will have to come out and do all your totin for you.
  12. They banned the stars and bars flags. They are not as woke as other sports but they are heading that way slowly.
  13. Safety is pointed the wrong way.
  14. People Eating Tasty Animals.
  15. Glad it's running ok for you.
  16. Welcome from KY.
  17. Hmmm I just use the hay forks on the front of the tractor.
  18. Thanks that works.
  19. Anything that say milspec 308 is wrong. There is no milspec for the 308ar's like the 5.56 ones.
  20. This will work. Slash does good work. https://heavybuffers.com/ar10carbine.html
  21. Rise or LaRue over rock river any day.
  22. The other thing I see wrong is your gas tube is a little short. Probably an AR-15 gas tube. Pick up an Armalite rifle length gas tube it is a bit longer. That will also slow the bolt just a bit.
  23. Not near enough recoil system. KAK buffer and springco orange spring or complete Armalite carbine recoil system. Buffer should weigh in the 5.5oz range. Either one of the above should get things running. Your bolt is running to fast and the magazine hasn't raised the next round enough to feed correctly. That's why it's smashing the rounds into the feed ramps.
  24. Why is it going back to the first post when I open a topic. This one is on page 3 and it went to the first post when I came back to it.
  25. Rookie also and just earned 1 year when I've been here over 2. I can post pics on my phone. Android n Firefox.
