  1. Have to agree on that one when I look at the way the ejection port and shell deflector are cut, identical to the MA TEN uppers. Mega it is!
  2. It will do for selling purposes. We only require a picture of the actual item for sale. This picture meets that requirement and will suffice. Good luck! <thumbsup>
  3. I like the way you think! <thumbsup> <munch>
  4. Only thing I can come up with besides being Mega's new offering, would be Seekins Precision is coming out with something new.
  5. Been safely shooting 308 out of a 7.62 chamber for over 2 years now in an AR. You're GTG.
  6. Hate that I missed out on that brother, I wanted to at least buy him a meal, but work has been demanding a lot of my time lately. :(
  7. This made me laugh loud and long. You can take a feller outta the military but you'll never get the military outta that feller. Just an observation, as you were. <thumbsup> :hornet:
  8. Can't beat a Leatherman, bought one for my dad's birthday and it has an unconditional lifetime replacement warranty. <thumbsup>
  9. HERESY! As soon as the Admins unlock the "SHTF" locker, beatings will ensue. Just kidding... <laughs> <lmao> I hear lots of great things about the 6.5, it has turned out to be an excellent round for the large frame AR.
  10. That's awesome, made me laugh aloud. <laughs>
  11. Welcome to the forums! It always makes me happy to see another North Carolinian join. <thumbsup>
  12. Edge, gimme a shout if you're stuck beyond Tuesday! You're in my AO!
  13. I signed up, if I win and it's not the 7.62 Pmags, they will be divided up and shipped at cost to anyone who wants them.
  14. That's a rare attitude these days, glad to see it. We will have you in our thoughts and prayers as well. If there's anything else we can do for you, I'm only a PM away.
  15. As a retard, I take no offense. I would like to point out that honest retards are never elected, just dishonest ones. Crooks and thieves, the lot of them.
  16. Not really a halloween movie, but I always get a good case of the heebie jeebies from re-watching the "Silence of the Lambs" series... I'll be wide awake for days at a time... :o <munch>

  18. You can sure use some good neighbors.. Yeesh, I really had no idea of what your situation was like until I got to see it today. Glad you're getting fortified brother!
  19. You and me both brother. My Dad got one and you can't seperate him from it... I don't know which is worse, how pathetic he is over that bike or how jealous I am that he has one and I don't. <laughs>
  20. It was my pleasure! Dad is eager to hear from you again, I promised him we'll all get together some time and finally get some pistol shooting done. Looking forward to ringing that gong too!
  21. Moderator's Note: Please respect buying/selling threads. It is both unprofessional and discourteous to make negative comments about a product in a buying/selling thread. If it is a general discussion thread intended to ascertain common opinion about a product, that is different. Good luck on your sale!
  22. Abercrombie & Fitch? Don't do it brother, we don't want to have to revoke your man card! <laughs> All kidding aside, can't wait to see your results. I'm going to be doing the reloading deal soon myself and am VERY interested in what can be done with a semi and those heavier pills.
  23. Welcome to the forums!
  24. Glad to see you here! Can't wait to see some pics of the beast! As I'm sure you know by now, this place is a treasure trove of information, and there's no such thing as a dumb question, so make yourself at home and enjoy the forums.
  25. Based on what you've stated, you have a lot of good options. I'd recommend that to get started, you find something like a DPMS that's already together. Shoot it and get it broke in, and then see what direction you'd like to go with a barrel, trigger, and possibly free floating handguard and gas block options. You will undoubtedly be able to do enough customization on your own at that point to feel comfortable with a build, should customizing an off the shelf rifle fail to make you happy. You don't have to pick a DPMS to start with, there are plenty of good brands to choose from too, it's just a suggestion.
