Sisco
Borrowed an idea from NF1E and picked up one of these cheek risers from TNVC. A great product! Aligns my eye perfectly with the scope. Can't wait to shoot with it next week. Edited September 8, 2023 by Sisco
NF1E
Been know to keep a few M14 type rifles around. Only 1 M1A in the whole herd. Whatta Hobby!
Sisco
Like the M14E2 stock you got there. Remember as a kid reading the article in American Rifleman about the military adopting that for their SAW’s. I must have been all of 12 years old! I have enjoyed putting as many variations of the M14 together as I can. At least the ones that appealed to me. There are a few that just didn't cut the mustard. Cunuckgaucho
That blue one would go nicely in a scabbard mounted on Tom's Jeep...
98Z5V
Yes. Yes it would.

I use the blue to quickly identify my 6.5 Creedmoor M14s. That set up is pretty heavy at 20# but I shoot prone so the weight is not a problem. Whatta Hobby! Cunuckgaucho
Got to admit if someone said they were going to do their M1 in blue, I'd be skeptical but damn that darker blue with black combo is is a sexy rifle.

It is also a 1/2 moa shooter with Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor 140 gn commercial ammo. Whatta Hobby!
shooterrex
The Hornady American gunner 140 shoots very well in my Creedmoor too.
ApexJunky
After not having a M1A for about a year, I decided it was time to finish my project. No “good pictures” yet but I’ll work on that.

NF1E
Not really, they are all semi auto M14 type rifles, not USGI M14s.

The connect to the stock and just appear like the real deal. Best way , in my opinion, to fill the cut out in a USGI M-14 stock. Whatta Hobby!
