I'll be odd man out on one point. Several ranges I shoot at don't have much for concrete so those steel and aluminium cases left on the ground help add to the aggregate surface keeping my feet out of the mud and cutting down on the amount and frequency that rock needs to be added. Out of habit I pick up my aluminum cases but don't see the need for everyone to do it unless they are a trip hazard.

Love RECOIL! Best rag I've subscribed to in decades.

#3 the range I go to has a seise fire every 15 min I think it is, first time I went I thought it was going to be a pain in the dick but it wasn't bad..

The FOP Range I shoot at , the 22lr cases are everywhere & the steel case & aluminum are everywhere also. We had a range officer that used to pick up the brass ( that wasn't picked up by users ) every Sunday , he is a Teacher that used the $$ to buy .22 ammo for his shooting club. Haven't seen him in a while though .

What the hell is a "seise fire"?  Is that where the chick with the crystal ball calls up dead hunters or something?

It's like a hudna, where the mooselimb wants you to ceasefire while he thinks he doesn't have to ;)
