I decided to build an AR-10 recently (have all the parts - except lower parts kit and grip - both on back order, apparently). While researching various aspects of the build, I stumbled across this site and decided if I'm going to build an AR-10 I should join a good community.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I hope everything will be in within the next week to build my AR-10.  Survivalshop - I understand you're disagreement, but Kasich is has been a great governor and an advocate for gun rights. At least way better than Taft - Strickland was better than Taft, which is sad.

I wasn't born in Ohio, but I did work on a project in the oil patch there for 14 weeks  back in 1983,  I feel the same way you do about Kasish. He did get one vote in the Republican Primary in our precinct.

   I thought Jeb was a good Gov. when I got here too !
