I’m interested in knowing what the precursor to this incident. What was this guy doing that got ATF’s attention.

the fact is, you can go to almost any shooting range across the country and see this ten times over. The AR pistol and it’s commonly attributed brace is not new, nor uncommon. Even here, in the PRK, they are commonplace among the unprivileged masses.

so why THIS GUY? Wtf did he do to get the attention of the G-Men? I’m not advocating the charges. I’m more interested in not repeating his actions the get where he is. 

Im mostly worried that this is Joe Dirtbag, who used his “normally legal to own” pistol for felonious and nefarious business, and the G-Men are attempting to capitalize on his piss-poor situation. Using a criminal to advance their position does not bode well for our defense.

After reading the TAG link, alot more makes sense.......and there were just some badges looking to hammer someone they didn't like. And thankfully, they got hammered back instead......
