It looks kind of like a fall shoot, except for the dresses and towels used as clothing and the total lack of firearm discipline. I do recall some tracers fired at night. That video reminded me of the "FIreball Crowd" - they just HAD to film the fireball from the SBRs, while they shot at the 450 yard target, at night. HAD to be THAT target... I don't know how they had the precision to hit the chain holding the target, shoot a piece of 550 cord holding the chain to the T-Post, AND shoot the T-Post in half... and didn't hit the target itself...
