Were there is a will( and money to be made) there is a way. I can't find it right now but there I recall hearing that about 15% of fire arm seizures in Australia were 'local' manufacture.

It's a natural progression. We've nationally witnessed the increasing militarization of police forces, adding F-15s and nukes to the precinct near you is to be expected.
