I found the forum while poking around for info as I wait for parts to arrive. I've assembled rifles and "pistols" on the AR-15 format and thought to go to a substantial catridge and try shooting at mid range (200-600 yards). I usually use a Midwest Industries handguard. I like LaRue's MBT-2S triggers for the price. (they come with trigger/hammer pins unless you want the anti walk style) I like Warne QD rings, they can be a bit heavy but they are solid.
