It is without primer or paint or hardware. I need to clean it before I can prime / paint it. I have chain to hang it with & may have bolts as well. Shoot, I may even have a heavy frame as well. ;D just need to paint it and then ...... ping!

The online tools suckBeing that it's an animated .gif with a transparency layer, it's going to be a pain to deal with for anyone. It's best to just look for a smaller version of the same .gif using something like Tineye or the Google image search.
