  1. Dion, throw whatever you have left all together and let me know what you want for it all. I'll take it!
  2. I used to have a friend that lost his left leg below the knee. He rode a Yamaha V-twin on the street and he would shift using his wooden leg. He looked like he was spurring a horse going down the road when he was upshifting!
  3. Gives a whole new meaning to 'white man speak with forked tongue'!
  4. Damn, that's some impressive expansion! I'm gonna have to pick some of that up for my wife's little Llama 380, the 'mini 1911'!
  5. My wife has a Burris red dot on a Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm for competing in Carry Optics Division in USPSA. Right now all we have done with it is sight it in and ring a little steel at the range but she likes it and I think it's a pretty good platform. I can definitely see the the little slide mounted red dots becoming more mainstream on carry guns in the near future. I shot Open Division in USPSA using a frame mounted C More red dot for a couple of years and that sight was FAST to pick up on the draw!
  6. Now, if only we could get the operator to TEXT BACK!
  7. Exactly what my son up in Alaska says!
  8. Stick with the 16" barrel and go with a 12" handguard!
  9. You probably won't get much more feedback on them here, most of us just stick with the basic recoil system. It's less stuff to act up and it's a proven system. As one of our AR 308 Gurus here says, "Don't complicate schit with complicated schit!"
  10. 380 ACP 9mm * 10mm 40 S&W * 45 ACP * 38 Spec. 357 Mag. 44 Spec. 44 Mag. 45 ACP * .223 * 300 Blk. * .270 .308 * The ones with the stars next to them I have quick changes setups for the Dillon 550B and the others are loaded on a Lee turret press with interchangeable heads. I can set up and load for any one of these in about 15 minutes or less.
  11. That's some neat shiit Rob! Now you got me wanting to buy a Mossberg. I don't need a Mossberg and my wife probably wouldn't be very happy but now you got me WANTING one! Fukker!

    Sr762 uppers

I believe the SR762 receivers were made by Matrix Aerospace and they are based on the Armalite AR-10 pattern. Any Armalite pattern upper should fit your SR762 lower.
  13. A bad day at the range is STILL better than a good day at work though!
  14. THIS ^^^^ right here! Back in the days of revolvers being there duty weapon of most officers, cops were found dead with a handful of empty cartridge cases. Why? Because they were trained on the range to dump their empties in their hand and pocket them or put them in a can before reloading! That kind of training will get you killed in a firefight! When Bill Wilson and Ken Hackathorn dreamed up the IDPA because they felt that IPSC was too much of a game and they wanted to start a new venue that was more realistic to actual gunfights they put in a rule penalizing the shooter for not retaining a partially spent mag when reloading! WTF!!!!! I had a lot of respect for those guys but neither one of them had ever been in a real gunfight and apparently had not really researched the topic either! Their so called 'realistic gunfight' rules were teaching shiit that can get you killed. In my 14 years as a law enforcement firearms instructor mag retention was never taught, NEVER!
  15. You might get better response if you tried posting this somewhere besides the 'Contests' forum! Just sayin!
  16. A Colorado woman after my own heart --FYI .......in case you have not seen this, it's from a woman who lives on a small horse ranch in Western Colorado & is married to a US Marine. Her son is a US Marine & there are other US Marines + one USAF grandson in her family tree, but evidently she is the only singer. This lady has a really good voice, and she's using it... and a really good idea! The latest Colorado country song. Hope it becomes #1 Click on below https://www.youtube.com/embed/x2G3wGVAnlQ
  17. Same here, if it's not in the safe it's loaded and ready to go!
  18. Boy, ain't THAT the truth! The dilemma is when you have both side by side! Under those circumstances I'd do my best to put the curvy one in my lap while I started at the other one!
  19. You got it brother!
  20. Damn that's nice Ron! I like the 18" barrel better than the 24" one JT posted up. That thing will look awesome with the camo Cerakote!
  21. No worries, she's kinda proud of being small. And yeah, she's like a stick of dynamite. I don't even want to get into how I know THAT!
  22. Damn nice build brother! You planning on getting an AAC can?
  23. His original profession was watchmaker, probably where the perfectionist part came from. His guns are amazing!
  24. I loved my job and wanted to go back after I retired. My wife said "Not no but HELL no!" Been retired for over 17years now but I still miss it. A big THANK YOU! to all my brothers and sisters who are still out there doing the dirty work!
