  1. Hell yeah, man. <thumbsup> No meth-headed crack freaks, though. I'll stand my ground on that. <dontknow> <laughs>
  2. No-teeth is better, but no fat crack-ho's... <thumbsup> <laughs>
  3. I'll Cerakote your stuff for the meager payment of hookers and blow. <thumbsup> I'm getting into it, but not set up yet. I need to pick up some good equipment first. After that, it'll be cheap - pay for paint, pay your shipping, and you can toss in a cheap, fat hooker for payment. I'm not picky. <dontknow> <laughs>

    Hi

See what you guys were missing on the .22 side of the house?... ;D <thumbsup>
  5. He's been quiet lately. Helicopters in his neighborhood? :o
  6. Yeah, bro - for realz. <thumbsup> I guess "glow" is the wrong word, since it's not blinding - it sticks out like mad through NVGs... Check this, and point out all the black in the pic.
  7. I do believe you were duly warned about this... <laughs> <lmao>
  8. Black GLOWS like a MFer through NVGs. Think about that, when the Black Helicopters are comin' for ya! :o <laughs> No, really, it does. FDE, my man, FDE. Works in all environments. God made deer, rabbits and squirrels out of FDE, and we can't find those bastards in the woods... <dontknow>
  9. Let's brew some of this up, and sling lead, brother. <thumbsup>
  10. I'll find one of those things in someone's barn down here, brother - Someday. <thumbsup>
  11. I'm not from Pima County, and I'm going up there Friday night... ;D
  12. It's that little boxing girl that's a real no-worry on the dates! She'll be whooping some frisky boyfriend ASS!!! <laughs>
  13. Almost sad, ain't it? The Colorado Politicians don't give one poop about over 600 collective jobs that the company provides to Colorado, and they thumb their repugnant noses at the 85 MILLION taxable dollars that the company would generate for the state in 2013... They don't give a poop. :cookoo:
  14. Mine locks in on 20 and 30 Pmags, Lancer L5 30s, USGI 30s, and the Surefire 60. Haven't tried to rip them out, but if you wiggle them, they don't come out. Test fired them all, and they stay in place when firing, and don't come out. Didn't honestly shoot the full Surefire 60, but it was fully loaded when I started with it - removed it before I burned through 60 expensive-and-hard-to-find rounds... <laughs> The Pmag 20 is the best, all around, IMHO.
  15. You're right there, man! http://sonoranalliance.com/2013/01/23/arizona-2nd-amendment-rally-saturday-february-16th/

    Hi

He's been around Drew for quite awhile - he's not getting off easy here... <dontknow> <laughs>
  17. ^^^ What they both said... <laughs> Busy Saturday? 2A Rally at the capitol. <thumbsup>

    Hi

Hey, Mike! Let's see that old iron, brother. <thumbsup> :wwop: <lmao>
  19. They use good components, but they're just slapping them together, or so it seems, these days. OP, if you're prepared to go into the upper, tighten gas block, tighten barrel nut, etc, then you should be okay. If you're expecting to shoot it out of the box, it might work, might not. If you're building your own upper from CMMG parts, then you're good to go - the parts are good.
  20. You don't have to have divots in the barrel to use a set-screw gas block. The tips of the set screws will bite into the barrel just fine. If you absolutely don't feel like the setup is secure enough, it's easy to drill your own. Very easy. They're not necessary, in the least, though.
  21. Scanned pics are on a busted-ass computer in a storage unit. Hard-copy pics are all stacked up in boxes, in the same storage unit. I'd be digging for days and days...
  22. Your's shot pretty damn great, brother. I can't remember enough, now, to compare... But a comparo is coming! <lmao> <laughs> <thumbsup> PRP didn't offer anything for the model with the thumb safety, so SP was really my only choice. And I like it. ;D
  23. Sure, they take calls. Talked to them a week and a half ago, about the timeline between ordering and shipping for the 308 matched upper/lower. Their answer was: Every order placed right now will be ready to ship somewhere between 3 and 4 months. They'll answer, you just need to be persistant. I got through the first try. There's a thread pinned in the DPMS section that tells you how/what to measure.
  24. I never answered you, brother... You must fit this trigger bar, so you have alot of options here. Trigger takeup - that's the first thing they have you fit, but after going through the process now, I'd leave it alone, and do it last. I will on the next one. Once you file it away, it's gone forever. Overtravel - with the new sear, it fires with the trigger almost all the way back in the trigger guard - in it's design, there's very little overtravel, and a very short reset. Fit the firing of it first (what they have you do second), then worry about the takeup. If you get it to fire, and it won't reset, then you'll need to mod the takeup in order to get the trigger to slack forward more. If it reset, without making a takeup mod, then you'll have a very, very short-throw trigger. <thumbsup> I worked a little bit of takeup slack into it very first. It's good, as is. I worked the firing second. Now that I've done it, I could fit one almost perfect right off the bat, without making small adjustments and trying it out, over and over. I've seen it work, know what it does, and it would be easy the next time. As far as the XDm - I'll pick up another XD. I don't think I'd like the extra parts in the XDm, that really serve no purpose. If I picked up the XDm, I'd convert the thing over to XD functioning right away. With this setup, this trigger is almost a 2-stage trigger now. It's pretty damn awesome. ;D
  25. You'll have to do one of two things - measure it, or call JD and ask them.
