blue109 Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 we use M&P .40s at work and I like it. mag safety is dumb. takedown is like an old ruger where you have to reach in and flip a little lever down to get the slide off. comes with a little tool stuck in the grip that is a pain to remove. also dumb. both of those dumbnesses are correctable. The state Supreme Court ruled that law enforcement, CCW holders, and anyone that already is registered as owning a firearm, no longer has to wait the 10 days. California still requires civilians to have a valid firearms safety permit before buying. the California gun grabbers were given 90 days to appeal the decision. That 90 days sunsets this March.
