So they have declared a "state of emergency" in Orlando. The shooting is over and there are no suspects on the loose. Me thinks the government wants the sheeple to get used to these declarations. This is just the kind of thing the terrorist want, we should just remain calm and carry on with daily life here, the state of emergency should be happening in the islamic world due to our massive retaliation.........

Exactly what I've already read elsewhere about this. Somebody has already spoke up about the possibility of this being a "false flag". Reason this suspicion cited was they were very, very quick to point out specifically that an "AR15 and handgun was used".

Crazy ass world that's coming to us.

First thing that pops in to my mind is how in the hell can you get those weapons in there? They either had non-observant/ignorant door men, he carried it in via a musical instrument box or gift box, or was a contract worker that once did work there and was able to cache' something somehow.

It will be interesting to see the developing details.

Terrible!! and before the blood dries, the gun control stuff is brought up, I was watching on CNN the senator geraldine thompson (democrat of course) making a big fuss about how military type "assault rifles" and "large capacity magazines" need to be kept out of the hands of civilians - she went on to say she would be discussing that with the governor of Florida in the next few days - she seemed pretty determined to penalize anyone with a "black rifle" or a magazine that has any sort of a reasonable capacity for the terrorist actions of this looser - very reminiscent of the situation out here in california.

From what I have read so far, the perp was not a "civilian" in the sense of not having access to weapons or training regardless of gun control. The Senator's statements are simply a script that the communists (I have given up the nonsense of referring to the Democrat party, it no longer exists as an American institution) will continually use until they can pack the Supreme Court to eliminate the second amendment and legislate a gun confiscation program. I doubt that she said anything about the perp being an Islamic terrorist as that is not in the script.

Learned something interesting about these declarations last month. We had the disaster preparedness official from a local city come speak at one of my meetings. He was there to talk about everything from floods and fires to terrorism. As far as the declarations go, there is money available to help with these situations. Political setup requires the declarations be made before the help can be handed out. There are a whole set they have to get through. Up to a certain $ ammount, the city has to declare, then the next milestone goes county then state and before federal money can come and assist. The declaration has to be made for them to get state assistance....that's all.

Because this administration has let the ISIS grow to what they are today and ignore them & not taken care of them when called a JV Team which it wasn't. The blood & death of these people are on this administrations hands , period !

When my Daughter was in College , her & her friends used to go to that Club sometimes, its not all Gay's ,they inter mingle there , its a popular place . If it wasn't for this administration letting ISIS get its message out for so many years , this would not have happened , not to mention a host of other attacks in this Country .

Now they are brining over a hundred Syrians a day , we can mathematically figure there will be many ISIS sympathizes among them & only a matter of time before they do the same or something worse , but the a$$hole in the WH will stay his course & not rethink his course ,because of his political beliefs . TRAITOR !

This POS had a brief fire fight with an off duty LEO at the door , the only way in or out , by the way , & proceeded to just open up on the unarmed people inside . There has been more mass shootings / Terrorist while O'Butthead has been in office , that's a legacy he will never live down.

This POS was working as a security guard with licensing to use firearms & a high level security clearance , so the Commie's will have a hard time saying the same old $hit . I know they will try ,but its not going to be easy.
