I have some things rather large that would get in the way. But I would be able to scratch the back of my head.

It wouldn't apply any way & I'm not going to say why.

Now that you mention it, I do remember why.

Good find brother you could have both for the price of a Nemo in .300 WM. 30-06 lighter than a Garand wow.

Not in the market, but I like the thought of a 300 WM.

I have been a 30-06 fan since a kid and broke my teeth on a bolt action as my first full size rifle. I've seen these advertised and drool every time I seen it. But I'd prefer they install a dust cover over that bolt opening and find a way to drop the cost of the magazines ... but what the heck.

I'd love a 30-06 AR but that thing is kinda ugly. Side charge is cool but looks like it could be an issue I'd poop gets in there

Don't mean $hit if it goes bang every time. Like the ugly girl that gave great head. Do you stop seeing her.....I didn't.

So it is a.3006 on a AR platform with side charging. Is there a chance it will out perform a .308AR or a .308LR costing less than than half as much. Probably not.

Maybe the.300 WIN. Is worth taking a look. I'll maybe take a look at Abilene next week if they have it in the store. They have a good sale on.

I've seen a couple in person.  In a word:  functional.

Noreen definately isn't going for points on styling or cool factor, other than having calibers in non-standard AR choices.

Still haven't shot one.

I never complained either. :P

.30-06 is good for hunting bigger game at longer distances, but it has been shown here that .308 can take elk at 200 yards no problem. Noreen is probably more of an out west gun that can frequently shoot at greater ranges at large game.

I didn't know you had one. I have a few pieces of 30-06 brass and some 300wm brass I can give you. Will bring it next trip.
