KyleTx Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 I just ordered a 5rd "stubby" PMAG for my .308 and for my AR15. They're pricey, but that's the cost of custom. I picked the Ranger Plate option for the AR15 PMAG. I figure one each will get me through a hunting trip. Bought from www.MidwestPX.comDamn it....my wallet hates you :oThanks...I have been looking for these all over...exactly what I wanted!! <thumbsup> 8)

fr3db3ar Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 I think I'm liking those a lot more than my steel ones. The steel is functional but it just doesn't match my Pmags :D

KyleTx Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 You know what they say about the size of the PMAG <laughs>The smaller ones hold less rounds and the bigger ones are for the guys who are compensating for something else <thumbsup> <lmao>
unforgiven Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 Do the ranger base plates fit metal mags?
Robocop1051 Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 There are two kinds of Ranger plates. One is for a standard mag, and the other is for the PMAG.
