First they made anti-personnel drones, then they had to make anti-Drone drones to stop the first. Drones shrunk and shrunk till they were near nanite size and wars were fought by these micro/nanite drones. But you make so much separation between the ones warring and those that are killed with technology, it creates little to no emotion. This is what will lead to endless wars, extermination of entire people, and war just for profit on a large and small scale such as corporate wars. Hope they develop miniaturized EMPs for troops.
