@Rsquared, is this how you got started?

Close. I grew up in MD by the main lines (bottom of my street) going between DC and New York. It was inevitable that I would become a train nerd. As well as the other nerdoms that I have. :laffs:

On a more sad note, RIP to George Foreman.  He passed yesterday.

Always enjoyed him. He was supposedly  a “youth counselor” for a time in Minneapolis back in the day. Same age as me. He was reported to have told a rowdy kid “If you don’t calm down, I’m gonna hit you so hard your Daddy’s gonna die”. Don’t know if it is true or not but a good story.

Had a little get away for a long weekend on the north side of lake Wisconsin. It was 80 yesterday (40 today), did some hiking and found some wild life

Those are some great pictures, those turtles seem to be enjoying the sun.

I’m sure they were! First turtles I’ve seen since last fall

@98Z5V does this seem realistic?  I guess we could have people go towards the hill and see what we can tell

Yep, that's real, Doc.  That's all no-magnification, what you can see with your eye.
