Hello, new to the forum but not to shooting,

The "in_29" portion of my screen name is due to previously living in 29 Palms for 34 years and despite now living in AZ for over 2 years, I like to keep my online accounts consistent so still use the same name.

I was a Marine for a little over 17yrs (77-95) and that left me with zero interest in ARs as a civilian.  I'm a bigger bullets are better kind of guy (AKs, SKS, Garands, PTR91s).  I only recently got my first ARs right before the current craziness and only then because they were just stupid cheap.  Didn't get into AR10s until a month or so ago when I picked up a blem PSA kit https://palmettostatearmory.com/blem-psa-gen3-pa10-20-rifle-length-308-win-1-10-stainless-steel-15-lightweight-m-lok-acs-l-2-stage-rifle-kit2.html and blem PSA stripped lower to put a rifle together for $720.  The rifle had a bad extractor but PSA quickly sent me a replacement bolt and paid for the return on mine.  Rifle runs great now.  Haven't done much shooting for groups yet as I am still just breaking it in.

Ignore the cheap 1-4 scope in the picture as I just threw it on to be able to shoot.  It now wears a Primary Arms GLx 4-16 FFP with their HUD reticle.

Looks good Steve. Glad you have had good CS from PSA too. Greetings from your neighbor in NW NM. We have similar views. I also picked up a PSA G3 lower and then the 20" rifle length upper. It had everything I wanted and it runs flawlessly. Might want to get some Sprinco double extractor springs for when the OEM single spring gets soft.

Enjoy!

Best regards,
