The BAD furniture would look sweet on that gun, brother, but the only thing that would work is the pistol grip.

I got my wood from Precision Firearms way back when.  I don't even know if Mark still stocks it or not.

Hit Boyd's, brother.

Menus at the top, 3 of them.

"Choose Makes" = "Ar"

"Choose Models" = "15/m16"

"Choose Action" = "Semi Auto Magazine Feed"

...then shop your parts and colors you want.

A Pearce 1911 Grip conversion with wood grips, and a quick run to your local hobby shop for some wood to tinker with, you can make a tricked out woody. Just need some basic tools and elbow grease.

I was looking into that last night, while reading I found you need to trim the Pearce grip to make the safety work. I did find another company that makes an aluminum one that claims you do not need to modify. Might add this later

You don't need to trim the Pierce, it's the 1911 grips that go too high. The grip panels need to have a small cut out on the top for the safety to spin.

If you don't want to cut grips, there's always this option: Elftman Push Button Safety

Good to know, my safety is 45* throw so maybe I’m safe
