mrmackc
We had a nice Fathers day yesterday, Went to Lubbock to see my Daughter and family to see their new house and Father's Day. Son in Law cooked on his wood burning smoker-grill. Had a rack of baby-back ribs and ribeyes, fresh sweet corn and carmel peach halves and ice cream. drove back home before dark. My best Father's Day since the kids all married and moved out. Sorry but left the camera and pics in the Tahoe.

BBQ sauce, carmalized onion, mushrooms, pulled pork and Monty jack cheese. Was suppose to used cheddar but I forgot to get some. Looks good, I will take a dozen for the freezer. When I applied at gander in highschool I had to take a test for each dept I wanted to work in, either the test got easier or they don't do it anymore i picked up a 12.5# brisket today, going to do the point this weekend, think I'm going to save the flate (maybe half it) and try making pastrami with it very soon
