BrianK Posted December 3, 2024 Report Posted December 3, 2024 Nice looking roast! Great minds think alike. I made a 2 1/2" thick cut bone in rib eye Sous Vide for Thanksgiving dinner. I asked the wife what she wanted with it and she told me cauliflower "potato salad". That was fine with me cause I'm in ketosis and can't eat starch. Well, I can eat starch but I can't eat it and stay in ketosis and I definitely want to stay in ketosis (6 1/2 years now).
