Nutnfancy interviews the shop owner in question, and said owner seems to be correct in that the ATF SA in question had zero legal grounds to articulate search of customers' records and/or seizure of the shop's inventory.

The wife and I went and ate and since my wife has had bariatric surgery she can't eat that much so I got half of her corned beef!
