  1. Sorry, I thought EDC was abbreviation for “Erectile Dysfunction Cures”.😬
  2. Let me guess, 45acp!
  3. The Mosquito was an amazing plane. Made of wood and fabric, it could mix it up with Germany’s best.
  4. I likey, but I’m broke, so tell me more, post some targets, etc.
  5. Did you get both?

    FNX45

Congrats Brother, I love mine. Unfortunately Midwest gun works discontinued the FNX Tactical barrel which will fit that model, with a threaded barrel for a suppressor. Might find someone that carries one somewhere. You can get Tritium night sights for it also. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/67206-11
  7. High of 61F, Low 42 F. Had tornadoes north of us last week did some damage. Sunny today.
  8. A lot of history floating on the Great Lakes.

    Grilling

Our Florida place doesn't allow gas or charcoal grills because of the fire/hurricane hazard, so my wife gave me a Ninja Electric outdoor barbeque grill with the enclosed smoker function for Christmas. So far I have done steaks, burgers and smoked a standing Prime Rib roast. I must say I am impressed. If you are in a place you can't use gas or charcoal, it works, and works well.
  10. Use my Instapot a lot. Unfortunately the company just filed for bankruptcy, so I don’t know how long they will be around. I use mine for beef stew a lot.
  11. Finally, a good use for Alexa
  12. A story in just six words.
  13. Merry Christmas everyone! May you all prosper in the New Year!
  14. I bought a $220 22 LR GSG 1911 look a like just so I always get practice with a pistol the same size and general heft as my treasured 1911 45 ACP’s. Added an aftermarket stainless operating rod and bushing upgrade for an extra $75 that tightened up the groups a lot. Ensures I always can afford the practice I always need.
  15. It has been that price for a while up here. Don’t see it coming down.
  16. The old Federal Ammo plant in , Mn is their headquarters. My father worked with Federal people on defense projects at the old Twin City Ammunition Plant (now demolished). I don’t like foreign interests controlling our ammo supply. That doesn’t make National Security sense.
  17. Looks like it was a glass top that built up too much pressure
  18. I never thought I would live to see this. An actual picture from the European Large Aperture Observatory of a star and it's planets 300 light years away.

    PT

Outstanding Rene. At this point in time the longer we keep it up the better it is for us. If any of you don’t have some kind of PT program, get one. It makes old age much more tolerable.

I have the same problem, and am reluctant to do it as there is a small chance of blindness with the procedure. Have learned to tolerate the floaters. Glad to see you continuing the good work. I took this picture the last workout I had at the end of October. See the Doc in a week to hopefully get clearance to restart exercising. Keep it up! Current: biceps 18”, Chest 54” waist 42”, neck 19 1/2”.
  22. Used to have an Olympic Arms with an A1 sight, but sold the lower to a friend and I think I sold the upper to Blue if I remember.
