  1. Mine is sighted in and ringing steel @275 yds. Chronograph took a $hit on me so I don't know how fast the bullets are doing out of the short tube. My best guess is about 2350 fps. Have to send this thing back to Caldwell or buy a new one.
  2. I use Varget in 223 and 308. If you can find any.
  3. Yes where are the pics of the new rifle??? Belt-Feds credit card get declined???
  4. Welcome from KY
  5. Welcome from KY.
  6. I would bet your gas port is to small and your buffer to light. There are threads that have all the info you need.
  7. Pretty sure the Stoner brand midway is selling is made by Bear Creek Arsenal.
  8. The rifles/pistols I have lasers on are for short range use. As long as the bullet is going to hit within an inch or two I'm happy. No matter where you mount the laser it is only going to hit one point of aim at one distance.
  9. We had li ion batteries on the front of a semi trailer short out and catch on fire Tues. Powered the gps system so they can track the trailer. Burned real good and the heat melted the glue that held it on. It melted the wires to the solar panel on the roof and fell off. It was looking like it was going to be a big fire till it fell off. Ford won't let us take pictures of stuff like that. Damn that sh1t stinks.
  10. See if your rifle will run on factory ammo first. Loading for a semiautomatic is different than for a bolt action.
  11. That's just fuknstupid
  12. If you bought the rifle stock model it will probably run. The carbine stock maybe. The carbine stock can be fixed w/the proper weight buffer and spring. Your gas tube might need swapped out to something just a tad longer.
  13. My PSA uppers only fit the PSA lowers. They will NOT fit the DPMS pattern lower I have that I built as a 6.5 creedmoor or the Bushmaster lower that is a 308 pistol. Upper and lower from the same manufacture is the way to go.
  14. Pyrenees are stock protection dogs. The work best in pairs.
  15. Glad it is running ok for you. Now build another one.
  16. I'll see bwhat I can dig up. Most.of my brass is lake city.
  17. I found 80 rounds to order. Twice what I paid locally (if you call driving 2 hours local). But I have ammo and more brass.
  18. It's not just the locking lugs. The gas rings on the bolt have friction with the bolt carrier. The design is for the bcg to travel the whole distance.
  19. https://www.theamericanmarksman.com/ Ordered 250rnds of 5.56 Tues deliveredtoday. Always had good service and decent prices from them.A
