Just thought we could all use a laugh, picture of 'guns' seized by Canadian police. Pay particular attention to the DIY silencer and where the body came from, the adapted flare gun and of course the DIY sabot 12ga round. The SKS stock work defies description and what they did to that poor Cooey .22 single shot rifle( a true Canadian classic) . that gentlemen is the true crime here.

Haven’t we seen someone build a kit with the mag light tube?

Maglite tubes were the first go to thing for homebuilt suppressors. There were several sources for endcaps and adapters at one time and the baffles are usually made with automotive freeze plugs. The two Form 1 suppressors I have are based on the dimensions of the Maglite D cell tubes. I got my parts from SD Tactical back when they were still selling that stuff (Before they got their peepees whacked by the ATF).

My suppressors work pretty good as some of the guys at the fall shoot found out.

I wasn’t going to name any names, but yeah...I remember when you were getting those together. Follow the laws and it’s a workable option at least.

Yup, mine are legal and a lot of fun. They scratch my suppressor itch without having to fork out $500+ for one (on top of the tax stamp).
