Half grilling lol

Smoked a piece of pork belly and made ramen broth with the chicken stock I can, garlic, ginger, shiitake mushrooms, Thai basil, green onion and bok choy. Topped with seared pork, radish micro greens, egg, spicy kimchi and furikake. Really hit the spot on this cold winters day

Now I know why I needed a pork belly!? Shepp you inspire brother!

I had the day off and splurged for smoked pork. A belly for burnt ends, and a sholder for the mix.. damn good eats! 🍻

Well GMG gave me a good run 10 yrs. later last parts were wheels then ignitor failed, had another sent from GMG one cook after 5.5 hrs. It failed again just before we were done. Took off wheels put it by the street was gone in 2 hrs. After going down the pellet grill rabbit hole this was the winner comes next week. https://www.acehardware.com/departments/outdoor-living/grills-and-smokers/pellet-grills/8093168

So far positive feedback, but right side was noted to be hotter requiring rotation. 180* - 600* with grilling top open as an option. For long smokes do you let the grill run over night?

I have but I never sleep well when I did, last time I did a brisket I did the over night method and it turned out great

I have had this for about 3 years.

It works good for grilling.  I have smoked a pork butt or two on it, but I still prefer my propane smoker for dedicated smoke.  This is what I usually use for that task.  Anyone who's had pulled pork on Thursday in the desert has had food cooked on one.

My bro has been using the boss smokers for 10 years . He just replaced his old model with a new model. Says they smokers just as good as my gmg..

This was going to be my second choice https://smokinbrothers.com/product/smokin-brothers-24-premier-plus-grill/  customer support was great in the beginning now I tried for 3 days left email about new ignitor failure just crickets. I wanted made in America. Got all the extras front/ side tables, cover, and rotisserie. Less than $1300.00 for everything Ace hardware.

Never went down the pellet grill rabbit hole.  But my experience with other Webers leads me to believe you'll enjoy your purchase for a long, long time.

Bought the Weber Performer when it first came out, it had a metal storage compartment. Replaced the top/ bottom wheels and cleaning blades. Stills works good.
