shepp
Half grilling lol Smoked a piece of pork belly and made ramen broth with the chicken stock I can, garlic, ginger, shiitake mushrooms, Thai basil, green onion and bok choy. Topped with seared pork, radish micro greens, egg, spicy kimchi and furikake. Really hit the spot on this cold winters day

shepp
Warm weather (36° today) gave me the itch to do some smoking. Did a tri tip brisket style and some tater skins

unforgiven
Well GMG gave me a good run 10 yrs. later last parts were wheels then ignitor failed, had another sent from GMG one cook after 5.5 hrs. It failed again just before we were done. Took off wheels put it by the street was gone in 2 hrs. After going down the pellet grill rabbit hole this was the winner comes next week. https://www.acehardware.com/departments/outdoor-living/grills-and-smokers/pellet-grills/8093168

unforgiven
So far positive feedback, but right side was noted to be hotter requiring rotation. 180* - 600* with grilling top open as an option. For long smokes do you let the grill run over night?

I have but I never sleep well when I did, last time I did a brisket I did the over night method and it turned out great
Armed Eye Doc
I have had this for about 3 years. https://www.atwoods.com/outdoor-living--recreation/outdoor-cooking/grills-smokers--griddles/pit-boss-wood-pellet-grill--sportsman-850/ It works good for grilling. I have smoked a pork butt or two on it, but I still prefer my propane smoker for dedicated smoke. This is what I usually use for that task. Anyone who's had pulled pork on Thursday in the desert has had food cooked on one. https://a.co/d/0SD1gwR

MtnMike
Never went down the pellet grill rabbit hole. But my experience with other Webers leads me to believe you'll enjoy your purchase for a long, long time.

Replaced the top/ bottom wheels and cleaning blades. Stills works good.
