I worked with a guy that didn't name his son until he was six months old. That way they could get to know him and test out names until one fit his personality....they went with Max.

How about a constalation like Orion which is also "the hunter" and my favorite Metallica song.

I can see him threatening to discipline his kid when he grows up, "HAY!! You knock it off or you're gonna face Orion's belt!"

easy...Sol has been bouncing around near the top of the list. my issue with it is all the gringos hear it and think "Saul" which I don't like at all and brings to mind a chubby little accountant, so as long as he stays in AZ he's gtg lol.

wife posted up on her Facebook, and several of her friends still like Nova and pointed out it's a semi common male name in some obscure northern European country. father in law says a boy named nova would have it rough in school. I'm inclined to agree.

Call him Seven, the most natural number in the universe.

But he's going to be #2 so you gotta go Duce. I'm with you on nova being fem. My cousin just named her daughter nova

alarico/Alaric....another history lesson...leader of the visigoths 395AD. whooped up on Rome and sparta among others.

I'm getting all learned on this name search. traced my great grandfathers on both sides to Elis island last night. grandpappy was the first slavic millionaire in the US. lost it all in the depression and died shortly after. was apparently pretty important fella.
