The Chicago Aviation cop got suspended today for slamming the doctor head into the aremrest. Hope the Doctor sues United Airlines for millions ! And United Airline employees get fired !!

Been hearing a lot this morning, it was all together handled wrong. but you have no right to be on their plane with that being said tho when they over sell they're suppose to handle it before it before everyone boards the plane.

Blue that meme is epic!!!!

Hope he gets rich off that airline because they pulled a douche move. On the other hand that jet is private property and the owners of that jet wanted the guy off, making him a trespasser so you can't really put the blame on the cop doing his job. I place all the blame on the airline.

Actually, when they have printed you a boarding pass, contractually you have the right to be on the plane all the way to your destination.

I hope he makes enough to afford his own private jet.

True and that's why I followed up with they were suppose to handle that business before boarding the plane

I hate flying, necessary evil for my job though. I'd be curious to know if they tried to buy off any passengers first. Last Christmas I was on an overbooked flight from Pensacola to Dallas and they gave two people $600 vouchers to take a later flight. If it wouldn't have messed up the rest of my schedule I would have jumped on it.

My understanding is that they bought off any volunteers but there weren't enough so the computer picked randoms. This guy got picked and said F off.

They will end up paying alot more for this fiasco than if the flight crew they forgot to account for had been forced to take another flight.

They supposedly offered $800, hotel room for a night and a flight the next day @ 3PM.  Still, no one took them up on the offer.

I read one story that said the doctor got back on the plane and it left about 2 hours late.  I can't say for certain that that is true.

Oh, he is definitely going after United's deep pockets!

I hope he bankrupts that company, if that's even possible.  Get rid of it altogether.  Make more room in the marketplace for a company that doesn't treat customers like this.  I know, I know, isolated incident and all that...  Behavior like this is a "Once is too many times" incident.

I hope American Airlines bites it next, punks extorted me for $290 extra to return home from PHX with the exact same luggage I arrived with....

Got ticket reciepts? File a complaint. Also post on social media, that gets them nervous. Probably got an anti gun ticket agent.

I can't defend the airlines, but you also have to wonder what all happened to lead up to this guy being dragged (literally) off of the bird. I mean, ok, he denied whatever offer that they made to get off. But between then, and the time that he was looking at 3 cops? What happened in that time span. Also, no matter what, when you've got 3 cops telling you to get the hell off the plane, you should already know that you're losing this battle. You might win the war after the fact, through complaints to the airlines and possibly getting legal involved. BUT, at that moment, it's a done deal. That bird isn't taking off with you on it. So there's no reason to throw a fit and force the cops into doing something that we all know that they'd probably rather not be doing.

Like I said. You know that there's more to this, then just what's been seen. There always is. Plus, I've already heard a couple things that are pointing to the idea that this guy is half of a whack-job.

Like I said, I can't defend the airlines though. They suck. Just like everybody else in this world. But I also don't fly too often.

Hell, the last time I was on a plane, I jumped out at around 14,000 feet. And there was nothing wrong with the plane. :lmao:

BS, there's something wrong with every plane.  They take off well, and fly well, but a landing is nothing more than a controlled crash.  I'd prefer for them to take off and fly me over where I need to go, then just let me the fuk out.  I'll handle the landing on my own.
