jtallen83 Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) I took my Granddaughter, my oldest niece, and her friend from Virginia to the range for a morning of shooting. They all did real well. There were several 10 in a rows on the steel dueling trees and some 5 inch, 5 round groups at 100 yards with the red dot on the PM400, they were disappointed in the spread at first but cheered up when they saw my old eyes couldn't match them. They all hit very well with the ArmaLite M15TBN, only 4 misses on the 100 yard steel out of 50 rounds! They shot 200 .22 from a Ruger 22/45, 250 9mm from my MK25's, 100 45ACP from my SA 1911,80+ rounds of 5.56, and 40 rounds of 308. It does the heart good to see these youngsters so enthusiastic about shooting! Edited July 21, 2015 by jtallen83
blue109 Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 Squeeze an eagle and a slice of Apple pie into that pic and you damn near have to salute it. Nice job.

AZ Dean Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) Very cool JT! My grandkids are still little ones, but they'll be old enough to go shootin with Grandpa soon enough! I hesitate to throw this in here with all you horndogs, but here's one of my daughters out shoooting not too long ago. Also one of me shooting my wife's Keltec SU-16C just to catch the muzzle flash. PS: Yeah, yeah I talked to her about her stance. C:-) Edited July 21, 2015 by AZ Dean

mrmackc Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 Don't get a new tattoo like the one I got Friday:
planeflyer21 Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 Do we dare ask what the hell happened? "Hold my beer and watch this!" <laughs> Seriously though...that looks like some mega ouch.
mrmackc Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 "Hold my beer and watch this!" <laughs> Seriously though...that looks like some mega ouch. Yep but I didn't have anyone to hold my beer. The old former Marine aviator now a sawbones asked"What in the hell did you do now!" I told him I fell down the hill. He said "Well old fart next time try to land on your hard head, nothing broken just a sprung wrist and bruise maybe a couple of stiches on the pinky, you are too old for this kind of $hit."
mrmackc Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 Right blood clots are a potential problem for sure. WOW a 4 vehicle drop and it appears to be a night drop.
washguy Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 Don't get a new tattoo like the one I got Friday: Daaamn... us old pharts gotta be careful...Yeah sure! :) Wash

98Z5V Posted July 29, 2015 Report Posted July 29, 2015 The C-17 is a bad motherfucker - by far, my favorite fixed-wing aircraft to jump from. They rock. :hethan:
